Your Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Content Creation

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing, content, or digital strategy role, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
  • Proven success in scaling ambassador programs or influencer initiatives.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Art Director to lead the creative direction across all our digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the overarching creative vision, ensuring brand consistency, and producing engaging content/assets for social media, paid ads, email marketing, and our website. Your focus will be on creating campaigns that resonate with our predominantly female audience, aligning with fashion trends and delivering the best online shopping experience.

 

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the seasonal campaign design direction across all brand touchpoints.

Lead and mentor the design team to ensure high-quality creative output.

Design digital assets for use on the website, social media, EDMs, paid ads, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize user experience and engagement.

Design homepages, landing pages, and onsite collateral in line with the digital calendar.

Analyze customer responses, website data, and social media metrics to adjust content strategies accordingly.

Stay ahead of eCommerce fashion trends to ensure our campaigns remain relevant and engaging.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of demonstrated design experience, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors, with a strong understanding of female-focused marketing.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Exceptional skills in design, typography, composition, and layout.

Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar) and Google Analytics.

Yarn Marketplace is seeking a skilled Production Artist and Mockup Designer to join our team. As a Production Artist and Mockup Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel, as well as other production tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales representatives to create high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel based on client specifications.
  • Communicate with clients through email and phone conversations to ensure their vision is executed in all designs and to discuss realistic options for realizing that vision.
  • Work with clients and account managers to ensure mockups meet their expectations
  • Produce and prepare production-ready artwork files for our print and decoration departments
  • Prepare and review proofs for accuracy
  • Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records of all artwork files and revisions
  • Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Artist and Mockup Designer or similar role
