Legacy NAIDOC 2025 Beach Towel
Our NAIDOC Week 2025 collection features our talented collaborating artists' reflection on and response to this year's theme ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’.
Barkindji artist Caitlyn Davies-Plummer’s rich artwork honours the ripple effect of cultural knowledge, passed from Elders to young leaders who continue to share and strengthen community ties.
Brighten up your adventures with vibrant First Nations artwork. Whether you're hitting the coast, pool, or park, this towel is your go-to for fun, colour, and everyday practicality outdoors.
Made for sun-soaked afternoons and seaside escapes, this beach towel is crafted from soft and absorbent fabric with a cotton backing, ensuring quick-drying comfort after a swim. Perfect for lounging by the water, stretching out on the sand, or wrapping up against the sea breeze.
Locally printed in-house in our Meanjin studio, we are proud to keep as much of our production on-shore as possible to support local jobs and training.

Legacy
This piece celebrates the legacy of knowledge and culture being shared across generations. Represented across this painting are the Elders who have so generously shared their knowledge and time with me. Their guidance led me to work at a high school, which enabled me to pass on that knowledge and build strong relationships. The students I worked with are also represented and are now adults. They all currently work in schools/youth work sector with mob and continue to share culture, knowledge and strength with the next generation of young mob growing up. I don’t have words to describe how proud of them I am.
