The vibrant artwork represents the important theme “For Our Elders”, an acknowledgment of the pivotal roles that Elders have and continue to play in their communities and a celebration of everything they have achieved. This item was originally released as part of our iconic NAIDOC 2023 collection.

Get ready to kick back and relax at the beach or pool with this beautiful beach towel. Made from soft and absorbent fabric with a cotton backing, this towel is perfect for drying off after a swim or lounging in the sun. It's a must-have for any beach lover looking to make a statement this summer.

Product: Beach Towel
Materials: Polyester front, Cotton back
Washing: Warm machine wash with regular detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Only wash after a couple of uses. Rinse towels after being used poolside to remove the chlorine residue that can fade colours.

Yarn Marketplace image--40This art piece is a dedication to our Elders in honour of the 2023 NAIDOC Week theme, "For Our Elders". The main pathway in this painting is a symbol of the path that our Elders and generations before us have laid. Our Elders have paved the way for us and are constantly sharing their cultural knowledge. The mountains symbolise the struggles and hardships our Elders have been through and how they have consistently shown their strength through their triumph. The campsite at the bottom of the painting represents the past and the top left campsite is our Elders today. The circle around them represents a circle of safety, symbolising to us to always look after, respect and listen to our Elders. We would not be where we are today without our Elders. This painting is dedicated to all of the special Elders in my life who have guided me, taught me and shown me the strength culture has to pull me through even when times are hard.

The towel is only about 1mm thick - definitely not what you'd expect from a beach towel. It feels more like a thin cloth than a fluffy, absorbent towel. The print had noticeable imperfections, which made it feel even cheaper. When I contacted customer service, they told me that this is the quality of the towel and that all of them are like that. They offered me a return, but I would have to pay for the postage again to send it back. Given the low quality, print flaws, and extra cost for return shipping, I feel like this purchase was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this range of towels.

Just Spectacular!

This is such a beautiful product—the design is spectacular. Brayden is a fabulous artist and storyteller! The towel itself is of good quality, and delivery was very fast.

I bought a personalised towel for him before and he used it all the time. Left it at swimming lessons and went back and it was gone. He lives in Chicago. I bought a replacement for him and taking it to him as I am going to visit his dad my oldest son who is graduating with Doctors’ degree in Public Health in December. I bought personalised towels for all of his family and my family. 10 towels. We like them a lot.
