Ongoing Journey
This painting represents the journey of understanding and reconciling with First Nations communities.
The main journey line throughout this painting has mountains diverging from it. These mountains not only represent a physical land element but also a symbol for overcoming adversity. It serves as a reminder to keep pushing even when things seem impossible. The physical element of the mountain represents the cliffs of Moana, Seaford and the coastline. Similarly the tidal patterns represent the ocean. This pays respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are connected to the ocean.
There are other symbols throughout this painting that pay respects to the language groups that are connected to the bush/land. They show desert shrubs, a boomerang and undulating country.

Will leave the warehouse next business day* subject to seasonal fluctuation.
